Regular Programs

Basic Level, is a year training program, for two semesters. Middle Level, is a two-year training program, for four semesters. Upper Level, is a three-year training program, for six semesters.

Cruise Line Programs

Cruise Line Programs, is a special one year training program, which emphasizes on cruise line skills and knowledge. The aim is to produce craft level crew due to the high demand of the professionals concerned in international level.

The curriculum to be mastered by students is based on the tourism industrial need that is competency based curriculum, in order to match the high quality demands of the present global situation.

The curriculum to be mastered by students is based on the tourism industrial need that is competency based curriculum, in order to match the high quality demands of the present global situation. Therefore, after the students graduate their study, it is expected that they will have competency based on their own program and also become professional, creative, self-independent and international knowledge graduates.

Learning Process

The integrated learning process includes:

  • In classroom theory.
  • Language and Computer Lab.
  • Practice:Restaurant & Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.
  • On the job training in hotels, either in Indonesia or abroad.
