REGULAR PROGRAMS

Regular Programs, including 3 (three) levels, they are:


• Basic Level, is a year training program, for two semesters. The aim of this program is to provide profesional craft level. Programs offered are:
- F&B Service
- Food Production
- Housekeepin
- Front Office


• Middle Level, is a two-year training program, for four semesters. The aim is to prepare supervisory level professionals specialized in:
- F&B Service
- Food Production
- Acomodation
- Hotel Accounting


• Upper Level, is a three-year training program, for six semesters. It is specially designed to prepare high quality section heads, specialized in :
- Hotel Management
- F&B Management
- Food Production Management
- Room Division Management
